Who we are

This website is operated by ADB Technology FZCO (“ADB Technology”, “we”, “us”), Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. ADB Forge is a product of ADB Technology. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

This notice covers this website only. When an organisation uses ADB Forge, how personal data is processed in that deployment is set out in the agreement with that organisation, which normally acts as the data controller.

What we collect

When you request a demo. Your name, email address and organisation, and anything you choose to add: sector, country, use case and message. We also record that you agreed to be contacted.

When you email or call us. Your contact details and what you tell us.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data and we ask you not to include it in a message.

How we use it and why

• To reply to your request, arrange a demo and discuss whether ADB Forge fits your needs. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To keep a record of our business contacts and conversations. Legitimate interest.
• To run, secure and improve the website. Legitimate interest.
• To meet legal obligations, such as record-keeping or responding to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies for advertising or tracking. If we enable website analytics, we use a privacy-friendly service that works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors; it counts page views and site interactions in aggregate.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, under terms that require them to protect it:

• Web3Forms, which delivers demo requests to us by email.
• Our website hosting provider.
• Our email and business systems.
• Google, for website fonts.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or others.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards available under applicable data protection law, such as contractual protections offered by the provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to continue a business conversation with you, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer.

How we protect it

ADB Technology is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. We use access controls, encryption in transit and limited access on a need-to-know basis to protect personal data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before.

To exercise these rights, email office@adbtech.ai. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the data protection authority where you live or work.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the way we handle personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
